    1. Return Window (30 Days) We have a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

    2. Eligibility for Returns To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the exact same condition that you received it:

    • Unused, unwashed, and undamaged.
    • In its original packaging with all tags attached.
    • You must also provide the receipt or proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation email).

    Please Note: Items that have been chewed, played with, or altered by your pet cannot be accepted for health and hygiene reasons.

    3. How to Initiate a Return To start a return, please contact our customer support team at support@petmonkey.co.uk.

    • If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.
    • Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

    4. Return Shipping Costs

    • Defective or Incorrect Items: If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, Pet Monkey will cover the return shipping costs.
    • Customer Remorse: If you ordered the wrong item or simply changed your mind, you will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs.

    5. Refund Processing (Within 7 Days) Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether the refund was approved or not.

    • If approved, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 7 days.
    • Please remember it can take a little extra time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account after we have issued it.
